Facebook going off in all caps.... gonna sue and such and such.

Interesting.

They're likely to be denied on one more appeal to the entire board of Trustees. After that, sue away. They're toast either way.

Their coach was recorded telling all the tales. The school system was found to be out of the loop which meant that they lacked institutional control over the football program, coach and td club.

Idk what they could sue for tbh. Lol.

I guess you could have some parents sue to try regaining their kid's eligibility, but, with the coach's words in that recording, and Nub's own affidavits backing up what was said and done, not sure any of them would be successful.

The Carver kid's mom waited until he was in 11th grade to decide that Valdosta would be a safer environment for her kid. Had nothing to do with Valdosta football or Rush Propst at all. Nope.

The Sanders' swear they waited until 11th grade to decide Valdosta had better academics than Colquitt, which isn't actually true anyway, but, it apparently had nothing to do with football or Rush Propst at all.

Idk the other families' excuses bit, they all swore it had nothing to do with Rush Propst or football, in spite of Rush's own words on that recording. 🤔

Maybe they get lucky somehow. I'm guessing they'd be better off to invest what they would spend on legal fees into a nice private institution in the GISA.

Who is the board of trustees? We dont have that. Once the Central board of control says no that's is it unless you want to sue. Problem is once you sue the AHSAA there is an saying you will never win a state title again. Outside of Clay Chalkville nobody has won a title in the major sports after suing them.  They will always win in the end unless you are in the military or the feds.

They are listed on the GHSA web site.

I'm not totally sure how these people become elected members of the board of Trustees, but, apparently there are 66 total members and that's the final stage of the appeal processes for the GHSA.

Valdosta had the option to go to the state executive committee but chose to forgo that and face the entire board of trustees.

I did not understand their are 2 levels.

Three levels actually.  For someone that trashes the GHSA you sure don't seem to know much about it.  Interesting since there is a lot of information on the GHSA web that is readily available.

I believe each region in the state elects a board member.
