I suggest following Monica Ghandi and Marty Mackary for starters. Not because they are the only two worth following, but because it’s a good place to start. Some of the more well-known figures (John Ionnadis, Martin Kulldorf), while having been smeared through “quick, devastating published take downs” by the ruling class, have had most/all of their points go without refutation as well.

This might go down as one of the great self-takedowns this side of concha.

First, after smearing an epidemiologist as a "nobody" and someone we shouldn't listen to, badrouter tells me to follow Marty Makary who is not an epidemiologist or infectious disease expert of any kind. He's a surgeon!

Then he claims that his (and others) claims go without refutation.

But Marty Makary has gone on the record with a lot of claims that were either proven untrue or are conspiracy theorist.

When COVID-19 vaccines became available, Makary argued in a February 2021 op-ed in The Wall Street Journal that the United States would achieve herd immunity for COVID-19 around April 2021, and later criticized Anthony Fauci for predicting that 75-80% vaccination rates would be required for herd immunity.[30][31]

So two claims that turned out to be untrue without doing much research.

They are demonstrably useless against SARS-CoV-2, for reasons already provided.

Not according to one of your preferred experts.

Could More Mask Mandates Stop the Delta Surge?

Gandhi: It's not doing ... it's doing some, like, there's blockage depending on how good the quality of the material is between 52% and 65%. And there's a bunch of different mask studies that show that, but it's not 95%, which is what you'll get with a surgical plus cloth, or you'll get with a cloth and then sticking that filter material inside of it.

This is comic gold.

So the guy badrouter shit on earlier is an actual Epidemiologist. He has a degree from Harvard.

Marty Makary? He's a surgical oncoclogist! Not an Epidemiologist or infectious disease expert of *any* kind.

INTERNATIONAL CLOWN WEEK - August 1-7, 2022 - National Today

Makary is a professor of Public Health at Johns Hopkins. Ding is a nutrition epidemiologist who would truly be a nobody without Twitter and tribalism. He’s a wannabe politician, ramping up his next campaign from Twitter.

Ultimately, it is the points and arguments set forth that must be refuted. Credentials pissing contests fail.

But they've all called for it to be investigated.

There's this inconvenient thing called reality. It tends to render any badrouter claim as moot.

They did this MONTHS after previously completely shutting down any speculation and directing social media to ban accounts of those who did speculate on it.

Whatever credibility you might have had has been squandered because of your petty lies about Ding and these other doctors.

Ding has an undergraduate degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins and a doctorate in Epidemiology from Harvard.

You hate him because he says things you don't like.

You have been exposed as a clown.

At no point in history has there been a single randomized controlled trial demonstrating efficacy for cloth masks on humans seeking protection from SARS-CoV-2.

The pettiness that badrouter is displaying is something else

A completely personally driven attack on this Ding guy for no other reason than he disagrees with what he says.

He then tried to peddle experts who were less qualified than him.

Amazing.

Ding is not as qualified as any of the names I’ve provided. Nutrition epidemiology and
alarmist Twitter posts does not make one a distinctive authority on the spread of infectious diseases or on appropriate public health policy.

Ionnadis and Kulldorf have also been smeared by the leftist propaganda machine. And only because they’ve said things people like you don’t like.

Those studies weren’t for SARS-CoV-2. And, while Ghandi was one of the first to advocate for masks, she’s also one who advocates for providing an off-ramp to drop mask mandates. Perhaps you should give her a follow. She’s been a voice of reason throughout.
