ORabidOne
Valdosta was reported to have played the state champion from MASS. in the Columbus Peanut Bowl, in the 1920's! And there were a number of games scheduled between Florida powers from Miami, and Boys High in the ATL during that time! HELL, back in my freshman year at Moultrie in 1921! We use to take the train to a region game in Albenny, thirty five miles away!

But yeah, Moultrie did feel like they were getting ther ass kicked by some all stars! 44-0 will do that.

Those 2 schools went a combined 1-11 against Miami High. And they went 6-7 vs Duval and the 2 schools who opened when they closed. Jacksonville had almost 92,000 people according to the 1920 Census, with one high school. Moultrie had 6,800 in 1920, with 3 high schools. It sounds like you are the one needing to lay off the crack pipe Nole.
