They were still crying about leaving for the NBA. Players had a much stronger connection to their school back then. You had to be like KD to leave as a freshman. Well, talent is actually better imho, lacking mid range game nowadays. Either 3 or a dunk. The games had changed from execution and team play but more athleticism.
