ECHS05 Posted November 3, 2018 Author Report Share Posted November 3, 2018 I believe Mariettas 4* QB, Harrison Bailey, went down with an injury tonight & it looks to be a season ending one. Thats not for sure yet, but by all appearances it is. Thatd pretty much end any hope Marietta had at making any noise in the playoffs. Theyll probably make it to the 2nd round and lose to Roswell or Lowndes. --- Grayson has the easiest path Ive literally ever seen to the semifinals. They probably drew the toughest #4 seed, then theyd meet Archer in the 2nd Rd., Roswell/Marietta in the Quarters, Colquitt in the Semis, and either Grayson/Hillgrove/Milton in the Finals... The only seeds Im not 100% sure about yet, are Region 8s #3 & #4 because Newton lost to Rockdale Co. tonight and that ties 3 teams for those 2 spots. Im also not sure about the At Large bid yet... ATLien12x Posted November 3, 2018 Report Share Posted November 3, 2018 Colquitt is the best team in Georgia. This is the best Packers defense I’ve seen in my years of following them. They’re so damn aggressive. Great DBs and an elite DL. And offensively it’s a Propst system they’ll mix and balance you into the end zone. Love the play calling and the duo of backs. Young Harden has grown up. Good TE. Nice young WRs growing up also. Best kicker in the state. Colquitt is going 15-0. They’ll have tough ones against North Gwinnett and Grayson, but this is their title to take. Guaranteed two playoff games at home. Possibly three-four. Road warriors anyway, used to the adversity of traveling to metro Atlanta.
