They run specifically on these issues. They say stuff like, “we don’t want open borders, but we want all immigrants who say they fleeing persecution to come here and be citizens no matter what. And to question it, is racist” 1

Go find a bill passed or lobbying effort pushed by the Democratic Party for any of those things mentioned. Claming that Beto, in a wave election, would lose by 7-8 points or it might be worse is egregiously bad. Your cockamamie prediction practically doubled the fivethirtyeight polling average. Nolebull813
Every main stream prominent democrat running for president said they want to abolish ICE. That is an outlandish and extreme viewpoint. This agency literally is the biggest heroes in the country next to our military personnel. They are the top defenders of this great country. And democrats all said we should abolish this great organization. ICE should win the Nobel Peace Prize. Only a left winger would hate an organization who saves the lives of real Americans and tries to keep everyone safe. Without knowing anything, and just learning what ICE is all about, you would know that the lefties on the board would hate them. Makes their open border agenda tougher

So, basically, exactly what the Washington Post reported as her position: restructure, or redistribute duties, but don't abolish. Campaigning in Iowa, New York Senator and 2020 presidential candidate Kirsten Gillibrand said immigration and terrorism monitoring should not be handled by the same agency, as it currently is by the Department of Homeland Security. Gillibrand, who was the first sitting senator to join the "Abolish ICE" movement in June of last year, told reporters that she would have a separate agency handling crime and terrorism than the one also dealing with migrants, according to a tweet from Washington Post congressional reporter Dave Weigel. 1
The Guru
What's funny about this is how incompetent nolebull is given that Charlie Kirk never said anything about ICE. Nolebull813
“We’re not firing you from working, you just won’t be doing your work for our job. That’s the terminology you are trying to use to say these radicals don’t support abolishing ICE.
