California is 2 places above GA on the Citizens Goverment dependency. CA #32/50 GA #34/50 What I listed above was State Government Dependency. MS and LA are the only ones that dont change ranks in either category. NY is 45/50 in Citzens category 41/50 in Goverment dependency... NY is worse than California in the cost of living index... Several billionaires have even purchased large private plantations because they have fallen in love with the area... What you may consider the bottom of the barrell is actually a hidden gem, that many discover once they get off of the interstate. I don't care about how much money people have but when I drive through GA it was in the earl morning when the Sun was coming up. I couldn't have asked for more perfect scenery.
