Servite has to commit to updating the campus and the facilities. They have to tear those houses down and revamp, get an on campus stadium. They have to commit to updating their traditions (they still shave heads). Its more to it than just getting good freshmen classes and transfers from other schools. Sure, they'll get the occasional Fifita and T Mac, but they won't get a steady stream of them. And even talent retention is important. If you know Servite well, you would understand that their traditions outweigh recruiting by a long shot. Very similar to DLS in that respect.
