is Deestroying. Played H.S. football in Florida, kicker for UCF and lost his scholarship because of NIL stuff before NIL was a thing. He posts tons of H.S. game videos. But, other stuff as well. This latest vid is great. The guy deserves likes and subscriptions even if you don't watch the videos.

Takes homeless couple shopping and to an NFL game

The kids love him!

Yeah, it's fun to watch the interaction.  Sad that he was treated poorly by security, coaches, etc (i.e. adults) at some of the games he attended.  I'm hopelessly biased, of course, but proud that MD treated him like royalty and gave him a personal escort from the gate to the sidelines and let him have total access to the players during this season's Bosco game. Considering, at the time, it was the national game of the year, that's pretty impressive, imo.

Yeah I think the Collins Hill AD was on her period that night and decided to have him banned from filming their games (mainly for Travis Hunter). But she was all buddy buddy with Kirby Smart and gave him the VIP treatment whenever he showed up to their games...smh. What's wrong with your people over there at CH? @ATLien12x

Yeah, I can't imagine why an AD would treat the head coach of the state's flagship University (who is there to offer scholarships to her students) like royalty and not some YouTube carnival barker.

The video footage of the play on the field is nice, but I'm not sure what is impressive about letting someone like him stand on the sideline and carry on conversations with players during a game. I'm surprised to hear you say the coaches treated him like royalty in such a way, and of course as the video showed, had the water person bring him water when needed.

Generally, coaches prefer players to be focused on their game as opposed to talking to strangers on the sideline. Have times changed so much that now it is OK for players to be distracted by whoever is on a sideline?

"Get your head in the game!", is what coaches used to yell at players all the time. No more?

Well, he's a fan of the program who's coach had to ask Jason Negro how to build a program in the modern era.

So maybe that's what Negro told him?

So I enjoy the view and chatter on the sidelines, and you don't.  Fine.  No need for the low blow, though.  I'm usually complimentary of your posts.  And MD still won both games that he filmed (and handily, at that), so not a big deal.

I was addressing Max's point about talking to *players* on the sideline.

You can like any corny shit that you want. But at least have the right context.

No, you took a pot shot at Rollo and the program, so my reply was very much in context.

I was on quite a few teams that won a good number of games. All my coaches wanted the players paying attention to what was going on on the field. I don't think they would have allowed a youtuber carte blanche with the backups. Even during the games that were won handily.

Different times.

MD certainly has the clout factor folks seem to be after these days. As a coach, I wouldn't allow an influencer to have free reign in conversing with (impressing) subs during the course of a game.

Different times indeed.  Thanks for the civil answer.

I agree with the concern over talking to players on the sideline during games. It is a bit reflective of current times, though not necessarily a positive.

The channel covers a lot of other things of interest to the kids playing football that we talk about here. There's lots of recreational stuff which offers kids an outlet to do things much more productive and/or much safer than the awful kinds of crap they may otherwise get caught up in. It's much better for them to be playing pickup football than to be hitting a crack pipe and robbing a store.
