On Friday, the Republican National Committee passed a resolution censuring Republican Representatives Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney for participating in the Congressional committee investigating the violent assault on the Capitol. I notice that you forgot to mention that Senator Sinema was censured by the Arizona state Democratic party. But I spose if, for whatever reason, I couldn't muster the resources to simply denounce the Republican National Committee for legitimizing political violence, I might look for a false equivalence offramp too. What you're doing is trying to paint a bipartisan committee as a witch hunt in order to avoid the inevitable findings that Trump and his associates either helped plan or played a big part in encouraging the events of that day. So a couple and probably the only republicans with any sort or moral compass, are getting attached for being on a committee that is investigating the attempted coup on Jan 6th? The RNC really does buy into the fact the republican voters really are the dumbest this country has to offer.
