Plea to Bernie Sanders

  1. Putting at least 13 million Americans to work by investing $1 trillion over five years towards rebuilding our crumbling roads, bridges, railways, airports, public transit systems, ports, dams, wastewater plants, and other infrastructure needs. -From bernie sanders website....What is trump proposing...1 Trillion for infrastructure....and the dems are yelling about it
  2. Guaranteeing healthcare as a right of citizenship by enacting a Medicare for all single-payer healthcare system. It’s time for the U.S. to join every major industrialized country on earth and provide universal healthcare to all.-----but than this doesnt work with the population size in this country
  3. This is not a radical idea. Germany eliminated tuition because they believed that charging students $1,300 per year was discouraging Germans from going to college. Chile will do the same. Finland, Norway, Sweden and many other countries around the world also offer free college to all of their citizens. If other countries can take this action, so can the United States of America.

In fact, it’s what many of our colleges and universities used to do. The University of California system offered free tuition at its schools until the 1980s. In 1965, average tuition at a four-year public university was just $243 and many of the best colleges – including the City University of New York – did not charge any tuition at all. The Sanders plan would make tuition free at public colleges and universities throughout the country.------doesnt work either. Colleges are allowed to make a profit. Schools are a business. His plan was gonna cost 75 billion a year..Sen. Sanders has proposed making public colleges and universities tuition-free and substantially reducing student debt, in a plan that would cost about $75 billion a year.

  4. https://berniesanders.com/people-before-polluters/......Kills jobs...More regulations

  5. Paid for by making corporations pay taxes on all of the “profits” they have shifted to the Cayman Islands and other offshore tax havens, which the Congressional Research Services estimates may currently create losses that approach $100 billion annually, and other loopholes.
Didnt Trump just do this as part of his tax plan???

What do you have against Bernie Sanders? I think he is a necessary voice in a country where we have increasingly slid into "Banana Republic" like income distribution.

He insures Trump 7 more years.

His message is horrible, running around yelling "free education" for example.

Sometimes it's not what you say, it's how you say it. Bernie would give Trump to many anti Bernie votes from moderates who will decide the election.

you learn a lot that way, never reading opposing facts?

Kid, no joke, you are what is wrong with humans. What makes us a  failed species.

Time to put me back on ignore because I am not sugar coating it for you anymore as I did for years.

Nah....Ill take back the heart attack comment. maybe a little over the top but wish the man would just go away. Trump took a couple of his talking points and made it happen. But for the most part Sanders politics doesnt work. Esp the whole itll cost 75 billion dollars a year for free education. Who is paying for that 75 billion???

Sure, you always need a socialist who honey-mooned in Moscow and never read a book on even basic economics.

Equal misery for all. Except the socialists like Bernie who run things. And own three homes.

Agreed.  I think it was Thatcher who said that “The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people’s money.”  Sanders’ political and policy views are a house of cards.  They’ll fall on their own if you press hard enough. But compared to Trump he at least is consistent.  To paraphrase another famous wit “say what you will about the tenets of [...] socialism, at least its an ethos.”

But you won’t find me singing hosanas for Cheeto Jesus either.  The Master Negotiator®️©️™️ couldn’t negotiate his way out of a paper bag.

why are you concerned about who is going to pay for it but not about who is gonna pay for the 1.4 trillion tax cut?
