No it hasn't. Another moment in concha dishonesty.

900

In Obama's last 7 years, the rate declined from 16.1% to 7.8% which was a rate of about 1.3% per year.

Since Trump's inauguration the rate has dropped from 7.8% to 6.8% which is a drop of exactly 1.0%

Another craven lie from concha.

Awesome. Canes is up for another pummeling.

Trump didn't inherit a rate of reduction from 7 years ago. Or 6. Or 5. or 4.

In the last 12 months of Obama's presidency, the U3 rate reduced a net grand total of 0.1%. The U6 rate went down 0.5%.

Hand-off...

In the less than a year of measurements since Trump has been in office, the U3 rate has dropped 0.7% and the U6 by 1.3%.

Put another way, using the U6 as an example, under Obama the rate went from 9.9% to 9.4% (0.5%).  That is a <5.1% change. Under Trump, it has gone from 9.4% to 8.1%. That is a 13.8% reduction. The difference for U3 is even more pronounced in Trump's favor.

As we've seen the last few days, reading graphs and simple math are tough for Canes.

All day.

It's easy to tell when concha's in panic mode. He goes on long rants to try to save face. It's easier to know when he's lying. He just posts one-liners like "the rate has accelerated under Trump."

Dead giveaway that it's a lie.

In other words, the downward trend has continued under Trump, albeit at a slower pace than in recent years.

This is like a reflex reaction now.

Maybe it's just a way for you to pump yourself up for the inevitable debunking that will expose your next lie.

Who knows.

What's certain is that you just lied and that you will lie again about the same topics.

A comprehensive listing of concha's lies (so far):

  • Mueller's investigation has resulted in "bupkus" Pretty much, yes. Bupkus.
  • Trump does not think that legal immigration is a problem He doesn't. That's why he isn't proposing we eliminate it. So who's lying? xD
  • People started looking for work again under Trump  Certainly at least in the month in question they did. Even the liberal rag WaPo agrees with me. Do they agree with you? xD
  • 25-54 demographic saw largest reduction in Labor Participation Rate  This proved untrue. Just as your claim that the LFPR declines were just the result of Baby Boomer retirement was untrue. In the end, my original point is still true: Obama's unemployment rate reductions during his term were amplified by a shrinking workforce. Concha right. Canes wrong.
  • Black unemployment reductions accelerated under Trump It has.

Since Cane's schtick is screaming "lie" all the time, let's give Canes the Canes treatment.

Just an assortment of recent lies by Canes:

  • Trump thinks legal immigration is a problem. In fact, he supports legal immigration. No calls to eliminate it, just simple common-sense changes.
  • That I made an inaccurate claim about more people looking for work under Trump. My statement was in reference to a particular month and is entirely true.
  • That Obama's unemployment rate declines are unrelated to the labor force participation rate. A colossal Canes lie. They are. It's simple math. When the size of the labor force declines in relation a number of people unemployed, the unemployment rate reduces. Simple math. Canes is a liar.
  • That unemployment rate declines have not accelerated under Trump. Absurd. As stated above,  the U3 rate declined just 0.1% in Obama's final 12 months and Trump's reduction stands at 0.7% in just 11 months.  Check for yourselves just what a shameless liar Canes is:  http://portalseven.com/employment/unemployment_rate.jsp
  • Use of foreign unemployment data presented as our own. Canes used another country's unemployment data and was caught. Even after being called out he used it AGAIN. He counts on people not checking, just seeing how may times he squeals "LIE!".

This is one of conch's funniest lies.

He said that legal immigration is not a problem. Then when  I pointed out that this wasn't the position of the Trump Administration, he responded with all of the reasons and methods that Trump was going to use to "reform" the system.

On 1/30/2018 at 6:23 PM, concha said:

He is anti chain migration and pro merit-based migration.

That is hardly anti legal migration.

On 1/30/2018 at 6:40 PM, concha said:

Wanting an end to a stupid lottery-based system and desire to shift from chain immigration to merit-based immigration is in no way being "anti legal immigration".

On 1/30/2018 at 6:42 PM, concha said:

The desire to reform legal immigration does not make someone "against" legal immigration, you buffoon.xD

So he went from "legal immigration is a not a problem" to "of course Trump wants to reform this stupid system!"

So among the PROBLEMS he has with legal immigration:

  • Chain migration
  • Merit
  • VISA Lottery

Simple math.

If you wish talk about black unemployment in specific, it dropped 1.0% from Feb-Dec 2016, from 8.9% to 7.9%.

It also dropped 1.0% for he same period in 2017, from 7.8% to 6.8%.

Math test:

Which is greater?  1.8%/8.9%? or 1.0%/7.8%?

Take your time.

concha doing what he does best (other than lie).

And that's pass the buck.

The LFPR was the same in 2014 as it was in July 2017.

In 2014 you were bashing Obama ceaselessly for an ever-diminishing unemployment number.

But in 2017, when the unemployment rate went UP you defended Trump because more people were looking for work.

Blatant, documented dishonesty.

Then you blame the WAPO when in the past you've ignored facts in news stories because it didn't fir your narrative.

You are just a fire hose of lies and deflection.

So among the PROBLEMS he has with legal immigration:

You stated that that he thinks legal immigration is a problem.

Problems should be eliminated, right?

The why isn't Trump calling for an end to legal immigration?

It isn't rocket surgery.

If you had simply been honest and said "Trump has a problem with chain migration" then I would have agreed wholeheartedly.

The problem is that you are intellectually dishonest and wish to portray Trump as having a problem with legal immigration writ large.

That is a Canes lie.

Yawn.

Canes lying.

No, this is where your dishonesty and inability to win argument come in.

If something is a problem, you fix it.

Many problems can't be eliminated.

But they can be addressed.

Trump is addressing what he believes is a problem.

Simple enough for people who aren't trying to lie all the time.

This is your response every time you are caught in a lie.

A reputable news source of fact check group proves you wrong and then you just spout out something about math.

Newsflash: You suck at math.

And you lied so freely that you must be a sociopath.

The data is there. Is it inaccurate? Unlike a liar such as you I use actual US data.

The math is simple. Use a calculator, though a 9 year old could see the answer in his head.

My conclusion correct.

Lie away.

Trump has a problem with legal immigration. Fact.

You do agree because you spent at least three separate posts explaining his problems with it.

You're just a serial liar. Everybody knows this about you, concha.

Again, you keep trying to hide in this flawed argument.

Flimsy as hell.

But when you're a lying machine, you do what you have to do.

You are a liar who can't address the question:

If what you state is correct, why isn't Trump calling for an end to it?

No, you just ignore it so you can lie. This has been posted several times and you just ignore it and continue lying.

A similar drop of 1 percentage point was recorded during the same 11-month period in 2016. The drop was even more pronounced in each of the three years before that. It fell 1.9 percentage points in 2015, 1.5 percentage points in 2014 and 1.8 percentage points in 2013.

In other words, the downward trend has continued under Trump, albeit at a slower pace than in recent years.

Trump thinks chain immigration is a problem:  TRUE

Trump thinks legal immigration is a problem:  FALSE

Simple.

So why is it so hard for you, Canes?

I've posted more data debunking you on this than you have on any single subject.

You just keep ignoring and claiming "Math!" while the facts still stand and you still lie.

Your inability to do simple math is not my problem.

You definitely work for the government.
