You have him confused with Devin Nunes. Devin Nunes recused himself from the Russia investigation because it looked at Cadet Bone Spurs election campaign which Nunes was a part of. You can't investigate yourself. Nunes has reneged BIG TIME on his promise of recusing himself from the Russia investigation. Mueller will probably be looking at Nunes for a host of misdeeds. You don't think that anyone of trump's top lieutenants would bite at a call pretending to have Mueller on tape in an embarrassing conversation.
