If you can build a network of plumbers, HVAC guys, etc...this can turn into a serious side hustle. I’m not sure what you do exactly, but I suggest looking into this if it seems realistic. The metal industry gets wacky though, so be careful. I know white collar guys who set up behind the scenes $100 handshake relationships with Verizon(quasi-government who are too lazy to bid it out) and sold their used metal to large recycling companies under false company names. Big money to the point of laundering. It worked for a few years and then they got sloppy. You’ve also got crackies on bath salts removing copper from wires with their teeth.
