Rufus69
Georgia won their first game. They play Troy at 8 pm. Sure would be nice to win that one as well. Rufus>>
RedZone
Not a banner year for LSU, but we made the NCAA Tournament and they shipped us out West in the Oregon St Regional. We beat San Diego St last night 6-4 and play the #3 National Seed Oregon St tonight at 9pm (ESPN) Northwestern St, another Louisiana squad was shipped to the same Regional and is currently beating San Diego St 7-0 in the 8th. Oregon St beat Northwestern St 9-3 last night.

RedZone
LSU lives beats Northwestern St 9-5. Have to beat Oregon St twice to advance. Play at 8 tonight. Only problem with that is Oregon St is good enough to win the whole thing. LSU NOT so much this year. Anyways, one at a time...
Bormio
Clemson on their way out. South Carolina (when the weather cooperates) has to win one of 2 to advance. #whowouldathunkit

John Curtis won the D1 state championship here with one of their best teams ever. Wasn't easy as they beat St Paul's 2-1 in the champ game. Their 8th baseball state championship. Curtis has a win over #25 American Heritage (Plantation, Fla.) on their resume this year.
Bormio
4 SEC teams in, another 4 in excellent position to advance. Good thing SEC teams will play one another in the supers, an all-SEC CWS would be too much for some to handle.
RedZone
LSU should be back in BR by now. What a wasted trip out West that was. Just didn't have it this year. Surprsied we made the champ game of the SEC tourney honestly.

Bormio
Georgia loses 2, Ole Miss loses 2 - bad sign for Florida - having already lost to FAU and trailing game 2. SEC high seeds are dying. The lesser teams are getting it done.

golfaddict1
"King, who starred at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in its last two state title runs in 2013-14, broke a World Series record for lowest ERA among pitchers who threw at least 10 innings with a mark of 0.20. She earned four wins and a save in Oklahoma City while allowing just one earned run in 34 1/3 innings." http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/highschool/softball/broward/fl-sp-fsu-softball-meghan-king-20180606-story.html Well done Meghan King! First FSU World series title (first ACC conf WS title). This was also an amazing catch by the 3B during game one of the finals. The last replay is the best one as it fully shows her laying out for the catch at optimum length.
