RedZone
Tiny 3A Public in South Louisiana....in between NOLA and Baton Rouge. Sugarcane Country. Who could they possibly match up with in Atlanta?.....St James did win 3A State in 2019, beat John Curtis in 2007. St James stepping up..... RedZone
Be nice if some Texas 3As/4As took the step.....win or lose. So what if St James loses......Sugarcane boys get to see Atlanta and take a trip.
RedZone
St James built them a nice little stadium in the middle of a sugarcane field couple years ago. Not terribly big, probably holds 3500-4000. They normally have standing room only when the Wildcats play though.
GardenStateBaller
We’re excited to have St James be a part of our 2021 Freedom Bowl! OOS teams from VA, MS and FL are also committed.

Rabun county would be a good match they are 2A but they have a 5star the #1 DT at QB gunner stockton.
RedZone
St. James was really good in 2019.....probably a Top 10 team here, beat some bigger schools...(8-3) this past year. St James is normally very athletic with 3-5 studs. Not sure about 2021. Lots of talent/speed in the sugarcane fields though. I kid you not, built different. 2019 St James highlights 3A State Championship.......crushed Jennings who was led by Travis Etienne's brother 4* RB Trevor Etienne. St James/black uniforms Jennings/white uniforms St James enrollment is about 500.

RedZone
St James also scheduled 4A Edna Karr (NOLA).......they must think they have something. Hopefully high school football will be a lot more fun in 2021.

Nolebull813
St James should be playing teams like Peach County and Cedar Grove

You have any examples of better teams from the sugarcane fields? That 2019 St James team will end up sending 11-13 to the college ranks including 2 to LSU. https://247sports.com/player/shazz-preston-46078814/ https://247sports.com/player/saivion-jones-46081346/ St James would have been one of the better STA opponents in 2019...not debatable. St James 2019 St James doesn't need to travel to Atlanta to play a Rabun County.....they can do that right here. Bring on Grayson. lol
Nolebull813
St James was ranked 11th in the state. Rummel was ranked 10th in Louisiana when FL 91st ranked Escambia beat them 21-8. So St James can not be good by any definition
Nolebull813
Zachary finished 9th in Louisiana in 2019, two spots of St James. And Zachary lost to Deer Jerkey,FL 51-0!! St James was not good

St James 2019 That 2019 St James team sent 5 players to FCS Nicholls St....Nicholls State is a quality FCS program......that's ridiculous. You know the percentage of high school football players that NEVER sniff a college football field? It's high. lol Nicholls State Stadium
