2021: Large Signing Classes

RedZone

Recommended Posts

It's that time of year. Lets have the big ones.

4A State Runner-up Edna Karr (NOLA) will sign 14 this morning. That coach does a great job in getting the Edna Karr Cougar to the next level.....all levels.

4* Edna Karr WR Destyn Hill is expected to sign with Florida St and would be one of their top commits this year. Will update.

Grayson's senior class of 38 is up to 25 signees for college football.

That's a pretty large class.....any other information/list on this class?

I've been looking around a little, but the tallies aren't popping yet. I'm sure a lot of the "Big Boys" will produce again. STA, Duncanville and etc...

Might not be that big a deal as it once was...

Phil Mafah to Clemson

Jake Garcia to Miami

Garret Brophy to John Hopkins

Jamaal Haines, Noah Collins, and Sebastian Segar to Georgia Tech

A handful to Berry College, a couple to GA Knights Prep Academy,

Tennessee Tech, Eastern Kentucky, Mars Hill, Wingate...off the top of my head.

Class of 2019 had fewer but they were the big hitters - Owen Pappoe to Auburn,

Wanya Morris to Tennessee, Kevin Harris to Alabama, Trente Jones to Michigan,

a few to Georgia Tech

St  Aug (NOLA), home of Big Leonard and the Badger has 8 headed to the next level....down a little. Normally a double-digit program.

3* DE Byron Turner Jr headlines the class.....headed to Florida St.

I think ESD took a big bite out of National Signing day......no longer a big deal, at least this year.

Correction the 19 class did NOT like to hit or work hard, let’s make that distinction clear.
Went on a walk about instead of practicing then commenced to shit the bed with Bergen County or Catholic who the fuck knows.

That's not what I meant by hard hitters - I meant big time players (true - they were worried more about college than winning a state championship - gotta blame the former Buford coach for that abortion.

Then you explain how Adam Carter came in with less talent than the previous year and had a 12-1 season, then comes back next year and blows everybody out. That coach flat out gets after it when Hunnicutt had the players and let them get out of hand - I saw it - my kid went through that. He was one of the ones that showed up to practice when the bunch walked off. The class of 2021 showed up - they had great work ethic - and that was proven the last two years.

Rick Ross stole his name from Freeway Rick Ross.  Freeway was the largest drug dealer on the west coast. His drugs were coming from Mena Arkansas that Clinton,  Bush and Reagan set up.

I never heard of Rick Ross until the article.  I figured many here would know him.

I think he went back to Carol City.

Not sure.

Surprised not even a PWO option to accept... perhaps he'll opt for JC.

A series of bad choices. Not the first one I've seen do that and won't be the last.
