All Valdosta Wildcats targeted by the GHSA have now filed lawsuits

Is it 5 different lawsuits? I would be shocked if they lost in Lowndes county because the local judge wants home town support and votes. Then it will go to state supreme. In Alabama the AHSAA wins about 98% of the time at the top state level. The law firm the AHSAA uses is Melton Espy & Williams who had one of their attorneys on the supreme court for years.

Most southern states have Republicans judges on the state supreme court which works against regular working type folks.

But the last time an AHSAA matter went to the state supreme court over student's being eligibility and games forfeited dealing with Clay Chalkville the vote went 5-3 for the state and 1 did not vote because he was from the Birmingham area.  So 3 voted against the state.

If one of those kids were going to Georgia the courts might really be in their favor.

If by some small chance in hell these guys win their cases against ghsa and become eligible for the 2021 season, does that mean the penalties against valdosta get rescinded? More importantly, what would this mean for Rush? Interested to see how this pans out.

If it moves like most court systems their kids maybe in high school.

Rush is done he lives back in his hometown in northeast Alabama.

I think its 3 lawsuits. 2 players are brothers and 2 have families that are very close.
