LMAO  Neurotics and Communist?  Lol

Seek help.

I bet if there was an actual way to measure this we would find that parents are closely split on the issue of masking, etc.

Oh, we have some scattered polling on this.

U.S. K-12 Parents Support Mask Mandate, Divided on Vaccines

57% of K-12 parents supported mask mandates for students back in August.

But the loudest, most obnoxious people are almost always going to be the ones like badrouter.

What's more is that the closings that I've heard about or read about have been because there literally aren't enough teachers and staff.

I shouldn't need to remind you that badrouter is a loon.

Yeah, "communist" is probably a little over the top lol. Neurotics seems pretty spot on tho.

The communists want schools closed because it leads to a chain of reactions which cripple society: parents have to stay home, which harms businesses, which harms corporations, which leads to banks not getting paid etc. And the government then may be compelled to send out more checks. There are radicals pushing this. And many of them are working as public health officials. Public health = government health; private health = business/capitalism.

But what percentage of those parents are aware of the facts presented in the toolkit in the link? Most are only aware of what’s shown on legacy media, or “word of mouth” rumors and nonsense.

Flint, Michigan schools announced “distance learning” would continue indefinitely and made NO MENTION of staffing issues. They only cite rising cases and test positivity rates.

How many of the parents in the minority loon category on this issue are aware of the potential risks of COVID on themselves and the teachers/staff?

This is an infinite regress.

You have an agenda and anybody who doesn't agree is a communist or a radical or is uninformed.

We get it, Ted Kaczynski.

The collapse continues: Leanna Wen, beloved leftist commentator, who’s called cloth masks “face decorations”, calls for an end to mask disciplinary measures post-Omnicron. Communists around the world, such as Eric Feigl-Ding, scramble desperately to refute her.

The comedy here is too much.

So, first, nobody had ever heard of his woman until badrouter himself touted her as a preferred expert and then *lied* about what she said about masks.

Then when informed of his lie, he then walked back his preference for her and said he didn't know if she could be taken seriously.

But now that she has again said something he agrees with he's ready to again tout her expertise.

Only after calling her a "beloved leftist" for whatever reason.

Following badrouter's timeline is worthy of a comedy sketch all it's own.

She is a mix of good and bad. Fairly neurotic, but also willing to go against the tribe.

Bottom line: the dam is breaking. The mask disciplinarians are being defeated. The perma-pandemic panic crowd is being pushed back to the fringes, where most people ignore them.

Agrees with general consensus  = neurotic!

Disagrees with general consensus = goes against her "tribe"!

“General consensus”, in this day and age, is often something fabricated by legacy and social media. There is no actual general consensus around the masking of children. WHO advises against it for under 5 kids, and much of Europe doesn’t mask under 12. It’s mostly just an idea that caught on and has been maintained as a tribal backlash against Donald Trump and his supporters. Same with currently advocating for vaccine mandates.

The pandemic is winding down.

Might have something to do with it.

Hmm.

🤔

There remains a very vocal contingent STILL pushing for lockdowns, school closures etc. And they keep harping on “cases”. Using that as a metric, they argue the pandemic is as bad as its ever been. Certainly, far left’s cherished alarmist Eric Feigl-Ding hasn’t relented with the panic porn. One of the “suicidologists” who has been purported to have “debunked” on Twitter much of the Urgency of Normal toolkit openly advocates the position that school closures aren’t harmful. Many in that camp want schools closed, the economy shuttered, lockdowns and government payouts.
