The indictments reveal Russian intervention in our election, so the idea that it was a 'hoax' is out the window. Nobody has any idea what impact this interference had in our election. It's impossible to prove a counterfactual of what would have happened absent the interference. That's why the DOJ and intelligence community did not and will not state such a conclusion.
