I heard Vinny is hurt, so that's one. But mater dei has ducked this year. They are not really known as a baseball power.

John Curtis will either see a Florida commit or Miami commit tomorrow on the mound. I don't know who pitched today for AHP.

I hope Curtis throws the LSU kid instead of the Tulane kid. They might be saving the LSU kid, but tomorrow is the day.

AHP ain't chopped liver....

"In total, American Heritage has 13  players committed to play in college—10 of whom are committed to Division I programs. Four of those players are members of the 2020 class, including first baseman Gavin Casas—Triston’s younger brother—who is committed to Vanderbilt, center fielder Enrique Bradfield (Vanderbilt), shortstop Jordan Carrion (Florida) and designated hitter Gio Ferraro (Miami).

On the mound, American Heritage is led by senior righthander Bailey Mantilla, a Miami commit with a big curveball and 2019 lefthander Ryan Cabarcas, who is committed to Florida."

The veer won't help Curtis tomorrow. xD

Semifinals set.

John Curtis, La vs Green Hope, NC (hometown team)-stadium will be packed.

Calvary Christian, FL vs Orange Lutheran, CA

Green Hope has been a surprise beating Walton, GA and Mountain Ridge, AZ today.

Orange Lutheran will battle #2 nationally ranked Calvary Christian in what should be a classic.

Green Hope 1 Curtis 0

Tough loss. Went to extra innings and Green Hope pushed a run across in the bottom of the 9th for the win.

Curtis pitcher Dax Ford (La-Lafayette commit) pitched a heck of a game striking out 9.

Curtis has only given up 2 runs in the tournament. On the flip side they have only scored 4 runs.

Where is Green Hope from? Too lazy to look.  But thats the beauty of baseball.  2 pitchers dulling it out going into bonus baseball and squeezing out a run.
