I believe the Russians did it, but indicting 12 Russians is not proof (and Mueller never has to prove this in court - cause he will never have them here). So now you prove that you don't know how criminal investigations work. First, Mueller has laid out enough evidence to indict 32 people already. Several of those 32 have already plead guilty which means they admit that they did it.
