No sane business man is gonna let some spoiled ass race baiters affect the bottom line.

Use your own damn time to spread lies and stir up hate. When your at work you must act accordingly.

Jones also said he won’t distance his team from papa johns. They are heavily invested in the company, so it’s money over principle.  Stated it's unfortunate for the company and john schnatter, but he will move on.

there are player contracts to abide by and the league is ironing that out with the player union.  Jones was best to be quiet and wait for that to be resolved.

Obv hes not losing at all......has one of the most profitable organizations in all of sports. His team is in the state of Texas....I highly doubt his team supporters are really running away with his stance. And hes the owner....what he says goes the way it should be

Were not talking wealth, his team is losing on the field and he’s losing the support of his players.

He has made it clear his position on the anthem and has communicated it well with the team and they have complied, so no need to be a prick and put them on notice in public...again.  He’s not their handler

Again your looking at this from a moral emotional standpoint. Business is about $$$$$. The only thing that matters is $$$$$. If papa John's brings him 10 million dollars that's the only thing that matters. In terms of his policies it's his team. The problem is other owners give way too much power to the players same thing in the nba

I understand that perfectly well.  He can keep the business, but he should condemn the racist statements instead of glossing it over...He didn’t.

The players make the money, no one gives a shit about the owners, folks come to see the players and buy their stuff. The players are the main ingredient for the leagues success.

And without the owners that have these teams the players would play for nobody. Hes not going to get involved in another person's issue. Hes not going to cut a million dollar parternship. Just like hes not going to let his players tell him how things are going to be. Hes the owner....his policies his team. Like I said before it's not good business when you give all this power to the players. You see it all over sports. Players telling owners what they are gonna do and the owner back down

Please.... these 'owners' are replaceable... they present a product that has very little to do with them... more like glorified agents

Furthermore... this has nothing to do with $$$$. The Cowboys were  just named the most valuable franchise BEFORE he started making these dumb statements... this was even after he kneeled with the players last year...

there was no 'good business' sense to this move ... cut it out

Other 'owners' have stated that they'd support their players... and they arent suffering because of that

Jerry decided to embrace stupidity and evil for no reason at all

LOL...all NFL teams are going to run into BS over this due to Trump pushing this as part of his "red meat" agenda to feed his minions...and make them think NFL players don't respect our nation...it's a croak of BS...and all the fools who don't watch the NFL because Donny said not to are the biggest idiots of them all....bring on the season!

They have a relationship that they should preserve instead of taking it for granted.  Talk THEIR issues in private and not be swayed by the public.  No need to talk anthem at all.  What they collectively come up with is between them.

Do u have proof that they are not suffering? In terms of attendance gains losses loss revenue etc......hes not there to kiss his players ass hes there to run the team. I cant stand these owners that bow down to the players. They do it in the nba all the time. Look at Julio jones he bitches and the owner says ok ok well redo your contract within what 48 hours. Jerry has always stood by his policies and never wavered. If you don't wanna play for the Dallas cowboys ask for a trade or too be released. I dont see too many players doing that.

Jerry has already communicated his policy with his team and they comply,’.  No need to readdress again and act as a bad ass saying players that violate the rule will not play.  That’s between him and his players.

He needs to drop it and quit addressing the anthem.  The league and season should not be about the anthem.
