San Diego is much like the NCS in that respect. Except the dominate teams down there change from year to year. Oceanside used to be real consistent and win a lot of section titles. They have gone downhill though after their legendary coach John Carroll retired, he won 13 section titles in 26 years and a couple of the lower level State Bowl games.
