That Sulphur win doesn't carry THAT much weight for Byrd I know. No matter...Evangel will beat Shaw easily and beat Byrd in the rematch. Yet they claim the district travel is what's losing them money....Yet they somehow travel to Texas twice a year??? Does that NOT Sound backwards to you??? They already are technically...They're playing 4A schools in that Divison. ULab is 3A DI is strictly 5A, JC, and Evangel. Note: LHSAA rules have it where you can only jump 1 class per season. Also...ULab is not a JC or Evangel they cant move up or down as they please. They can either play with the big boys or the can't. If they knew this was the case, then they should have scheduled Warren Easton, John Curtis etc in the pre league slate of games. Disgusting. I'm sure UHigh will be upset samual and his tears are agitated. UHigh did beat up on #3 and #5 pretty good this year. Catholic and Zachary won state last year. May do it again. Class 5A1. Wow, picking on smaller enrollment classes because it doesn't squeeze your balls. How many schools of note in Cali, 3-4? I know of 2 maybe 3....
