Probably not.

And it's not really the most anyway since the two worst ass beatings in modern history were suffered by the Dems themselves. The worst just 8 years ago.

Throw in a crucial Senate WIN by the Republicans (SCOTUS!) and things are OK.

Reality.

😎

The reality is trump lost more than what he started out with.  #losing

Democrats dominate the lower lvl federal courts which see about 60,000 cases a year compared to the supreme courts 80.

there is balance.

So, yes I’m still 😂😂

I doubt it.

But keep up appearances.

Look into how many judges Trump has appointed and the number of vacancies still to be filled.  🤣

Controlling SCOTUS and the Senate and having so many court vacancies to fill makes every day a sunny day.

😎

And how will your life be impacted by SCOTUS decisions, please tell?

You are just grabbing at anything, controlling the house and subsequently your ass clown President is much more impactful.

Who knows, YOU might have a Democratic gov when it’s all said and done.

Cheers

Well, I know my constitutional rights will be protected.

And it will be more difficult for libtards to go judge-shopping.

Control of the House will allow Dems to obstruct (and Congress being able to do nothing is not necessarily a bad thing).

It will also permit them to put on a spectacle for the ages going after the president. Think about the cavalcade of clowns the Dems have lined up for leadership positions. 🤡🤡🤡

Have a fabulous day.

Any court confirmations on the docket?

Your constitutional rights were never in jeopardy but keep the fake parade going Conch.

Bottom line, the SCOTUS won’t impact your life one iota just like it hasn’t in previous years.

The Dems lost 63 in 2010.  First midterms are almost always tough for the President’s party.  The Republican-leaning seats the Dems won now will be hard to hold in the future.

true...and they lost because Obama passed the Affordable Health Care Act with no support for the Republicans who were too busy talking about Death Panels and how politicians in Washington were going to determine who lived and dies...all B.S. but it worked and the country went hard right...

now the irony is 8 years later after the republican clowns voted 67times to get rid of Obama-Care they all talked about how much they supported it now!...and the dems on the left won many elections because of it's existence and their support for it...

The GOP failed to repeal Obamacare and it was a bad mistake.  However the Democrats are unhappy with Obamacare - they want “Medicare for all” - I.e. single payer.  So don’t discount rationing and death panels - they are coming.  Have you tried to get CT scans and MRIs approved by Medicare Advantage plans?  Takes an act of Congress.
