But if they beat Colquitt, they should. Milton is a really good team and would deserve to go. Id trust them to represent well & handle business. This isnt a largely untested Valdosta team from 2016 that lost their only game against a Top GA team by 24 points. Milton has played the best GA has to offer & has come out on top. Theyve put in the work, but because theyve lost 2 games (by a total of 4 points)... I guarantee you the GEICO crew wont invite them. Theyd go with Lee over Milton. And I like Lee... Obviously a strong team... But Lee hasnt played another Top 5 GA team yet. Lees crushed the teams they have played though, outscoring their opponents by an average of 43.57-5.5 ppg (MoV of 38.07). Lee beat 3A Title game participant Peach Co. 33-0, and 6A title game participant Northside WR 24-7... Which was their closest game of the year.
