Steve Spurrier started back coaching and went to UCLA.... Jon Gruden went to the Florida Gators.... I got Katy Perry pregnant.... while being married to Amy Schumer.... An army of Wisconsin fans burned down Lucas oil stadium and kidnapped Brutus.... and seized Ann Arbor And Detroit by force... they where led by Megatron and Cobra Commander.... Blueberries can mess with your neurons (super charge them) and the sugar can keep you from reaching deep REM, or sinking you deep enough in sleep that you don't remember dreaming. Most of the time dreams are a natural way of stress release or problem solving, and other times can be a warning before an illness. Other times it can be from over sleep, where your body still needs a little more but your brain is ready to start your day. I would suggest seeing someone that can help you with your sleep if the weirdness continues. Healthy Mind, Healthy Body all starts with a good diet and proper sleep.
