I apologize for the delay in putting this out. I had planned on posting it immediately after the holidays, but I got a nasty upper respiratory infection that put me down for about 4 or 5 days. I think half of Nebraska was sick this last weekend. No major changes in my top 25. I just wanted to wait and see if St. Frances was for real. Of the power 5 states (CA,TX,FL,GA,OH) 65 of the 125 teams listed above come from one of those 5 states. TX-17,CA-15,FL-15,GA-10,OH-8. That's a whopping 52%!! Just goes to show you that a lot of fluffed up state champs from middle-tier states wouldn't even sniff the top 10 in those power 5 states. Yet many pollsters and media outlets continue to recognize these teams and rank them.  That's nonsense!

Hello Omaha Vol,

Excellent well-thought out poll. At least you didn`t buy into the top 10 ranking for Hoban. They are good...but not that good. i also would have included Nazarath Academy IL in your just missed rankings. They were 7A state champs in IL with 10 Div.1 recruits. Their only loss was with 5 starters out to a very good 8A Chicago Marist team that finished 10-2 .

That's nice in all, but you have 5 Louisiana teams in your Top 52...

4-Ohio

2-Georgia

Louisiana is also losing to average FL panhandle schools

Or like @Nolebull813 says

HOT GARBAGE PANHANDLE TEAMS

and why do you pick 52

Why the convienent going to 52

Go to 25, 50 or 100

Picking a convenient number like 52 reaks of desperation, kinda like LSU dancing in streets for beating a group of 5 team (guess the Bragging is to avoid remembering the loss to Troy at home the year prior) yet they keep getting teeth kicked in by bama, who just got embarrassed by a ACC school And your best win over UGA looks bad now that they got beat by multi loss Texas from the big 12

Pathetic attempt to make your state relevant

Just pathetic, your arguments are as embarrassing to listen to as Los pretending he has first hand knowledge while he lives and works nearly 8-10 hours away and is getting all his info from coaches and hoping they aren't giving him bad info intentionally

Hey swamp moron

Bragging about how many are in top 52 just to get 2 more teams and pretend Louisiana is on par with a state like FL or GA is full on pathetic

And if you don't want to hear what I have to say then block me but you don't have to any authority to tell me what to do

IL was very good this year (top 10 state IMO). My next two IL teams were, in fact, Marist and Nazareth. After them I went with Maine South and Simeon. All four were included in my Midwest top 50.

After Louisiana's top 5 I feel that there is a decent gap between WM and the likes of Easton and BR Catholic. That is where the OH and GA depth surpasses LA. The 5-15 range in OH and GA is a lot stronger than LA's 5-15 range.

Geesh! The utter disdain that Noone and yourself have toward the TX public powers is mindboggling. I know you don't like that they don't travel like NJ privates do (I feel the same way), but that doesn't mean they aren't any good. Allen has definitely proven they are worthy over the years. If they would've gotten blown out by Duncanville they would've been dropped even further down the poll, but they showed what they were made of by making a valiant comeback and  making the game interesting.

Cmon I know u like to please certain states but Jeezzzzz Allen skated thru their schedule with Midway being their toughest game during the season outside Duncanville...that’s fine Allen can be a top 3 team instate but they are not allowed to manipulate the polls with that schedule

okay 👌 say you and Bob work at a warehouse and you and bob get the same paycheck..But Bob sits on Facebook all day and sits down and takes 30 breaks a day, and does the Bare minimum

while you bust ur ass , do everything u gotta do and gotta do all Bobs work also  because He likes his safe space and doesn’t feel it’s necessary to do anything above the Bare minimum,,,,, but at the end of the day ... you and BoB get paid the same
