Lol murray is 100times better than rosen. At all levels. Hes better than all but 2 of last years rookie qbs. But yes the cards need to give rosen a shot. Last year he had no help

On the college level in a SPREAD. Doesn't exist in the NFL. If you can't run the rock and pass from the pocket you can't win. There has NEVER been a SB Champion that simply ran a spread type offense.

The Patriots are a de Facto NFL Spread team and has been for years.  Especially the year they went undefeated in the Regular season coming off accusations of Cheating.  They tried to run the score up on everyone they played.   They are a spread team.  And are the dominate NFL TEAM

How the Chiefs and Patriots have brought college offenses to the NFL

The Patriots have been using the spread for years as well. Last year's Super Bowl between the Patriots and Eagles featured two teams heavy into college concepts.

Erhardt commonly ran the system in his later years spread wide open with multiple receivers (earning the moniker "Air Erhardt"), as NFL rules evolved to benefit the passing game. As a result of this influence, the Patriots will frequently run this offense with five potential receivers and an empty backfield should a favorable matchup present itself or as a function of available personnel. With the addition of Randy Moss and Wes Welker to the Patriots offense in 2007, the Patriots placed an emphasis on a wide open passing attack (with record setting results).[5] As rules of the NFL have loosened to favor the offense, the Patriots have increasingly adopted a wide open approach, to the point that they are often now thought of as a short pass first team. The Patriots have also made good extensive use of the non huddle offense to tire out defensive personnel and to disallow substitutions.

Murray may be better but the cards have a lot of holes

He not gonna be able to carry the entire team on his back

I can tell you're a rookie on the football topic. lol

You really think Murray ONLY has spread QB mechanics...no real under center roll out or drop back footwork?

His father, one of the best QB trainers in America, is laughing in your face right now lol

Not to mention college offenses are popping up all over the league now. Name a team and they have a package of plays currently being ran on the NFL level that 10 years ago, you never would've thought would leave college. The game is evolving.

You want Kyler to fail so bad, but it ain't gonna happen. Best player in the draft.

I agree. Murray is miles ahead of Rosen who I've never thought highly of. In fact, Mayfield and Jackson were the only QB's I was impressed with going into last year's draft.

Darnold was a pick king in college. He couldnt/can't read a defense and was never "NFL ready" as they put. Rosen and Allen...didn't like them either.

But, the Cards have made their bed so they must sleep in it. They picked Rosen last year so that's gonna have to be their guy. Maybe Kingsbury makes Rosen look better similar to what McVay did to Goff? Better pick something other than Murray #1.

It is a weak qb class esp with Herbert going back to school.
