Really digging deep, I exposed you and your constant narrative on Texas high school football player dominance and all you have is “We beat De La Salle!” You can have that one if it helps you sleep at night🤪

2015 California State Champs:   De La Salle

The California State Champs!!!!

One dude on the team drafted by the NFL.    TE- Devin Asiasi- 3rd Round (Michigan/Transfer to UCLA).

OL-Boss Tagaloa-  UCLA starter for 4 years (NOT DRAFTED).

RB- Antoine Custer- Eastern Washington (FCS)--   (Not Drafted) * Best player on that DLS team*

Why wasn't Boss Tagaloa and Antoine Custer drafted by the NFL?  They were two of the best players on that 2015 California State Champ team!😉

Euless Trinity (TX) beat that California State Champ team.   Not one kid on that Euless Trinity team will probably even see time in the NFL much less even get a Free-Agent contract.

PS.  There was a team that beat that Euless Trinity (TX) team.  It was South Grand Prairie (TX)

Of course.. they had the 3rd overall NFL draft pick (CB- Jeffrey Okudah)- Ohio St!!

Swing and miss, try again Frog boy. If you can find one post where I said De La Salle is better than every team, or any team in Texas I’ll quit this board.

Texas CFB being shit has you twisted.

congrats on your state having 23+ million more people than Louisiana and you bragging about HSFB superiority, you fucking mook.

Texas is fucking awesome!

Baylor and UT finished in the top 25 in the AP in ‘19.   Texas as a state is going through a top time in CFB,  but show me another state with more than 2 colleges in the top 25.

Texas has 12 FBS teams.

And, being AP Top 25 is not exactly the promised land.

8-5 Texas at #25 is really not much better than La-Tech and La-Lafayette getting honorable mention votes in the same poll.

Texas and A$M should be playing for national championships... No one really expects the other Texas schools to contend yearly.

TCU is solid though.

BALLER ALERT!!!

Congrats on having two teams in the top 20% of CFB!

pretty sure gumpland has two. Florida. Ohio.

all less populated than texas.

There’s three, again all less population than the shorthorns state.

So the answer is "no" no state had more than 2 teams in the top 25.

and to think, TX is in a down period with top level teams and the other states still can't do better overall, so if Texas college football sucks what does that say about the rest? 😂

We go through this dialogue every year , all schools go through cycles, UT is going throug theirs and A&M is trying to figure out their identity.  If they find the right coaches, they'll be fine as they have the other intangibles.  This is no big deal, USC, Miami, Fla St are going through similar things and one day Bama will too.  In the meantime, the Baylors and TCUs will have to carry the banner for Texas.

Cycles?!? The faggies have never won anything. That’s not a cycle, it’s a shitty program.

Texas has how many CFB titles? Second most populous state in the union and the program is extremely average. 😂

LSU has recently (kinda recent) won 3 national championships led by three different coaches, horsefly.

Saban and Miles when they were nobodies and now the Cajun.

Shouldn't be that tough to find an identity.

Is LSU just smarter than everyone else? No one believes that.

Going to have to start looking at that football culture, man.

You're football culture is recruiting OOS, if your foorball culture is that great Cajun then LA should be kicking our ass at the HS level.  It doesn't happen.

Texas has titles from '63, '69, '70 (1st 3 they got majority AP votes for national champs) and '15

population size is not every thing, women, children and the elderly don't play.

We've kicked it enough. More than anyone else has. Not the point.

That right there is why Texas and A$M will always struggle and forever be looking for their college football identity. Big Hat attitude.....only the Hats just ain't that big. Nick Saban could never coach in Texas.

LSU recruits Louisiana just like any other state.

UT most definitely could get back, they've been there before.  They are no different than Miami, USC or Fla St right now.  UT is inconsistent and could be more creative on offense and develop players better.

LSU please!   the best QB you've ever had wasnt even a LA kid, Burrows is from OOS.  OOS kids contribute a lot to LSU, Bama and a few other schools.

Your "07 title was QBed by Flynn a Texas kid!

College is not much different than the pros, just because they're in the state doesn't mean they represent the athletic talent from that state

LSU has recently won national championships with QBs from Indiana, Texas and Ohio..we surrounded all these guys with Louisiana speed and skill. It works. This year we will be led by a Mississippi kid who can sling it and he will be surrounded by Louisiana speed and skill. Our identity?

That will never ever happen at Texas....never!

LSU had 14 drafted this year with 9 of them being born in Louisiana. You won't find that anywhere else (insert college team). Feel free to look.

That's b/c  LSU had 9 of the 12 draftees from the entire state of LA.  At least for this class, the overwhelming LA talent was at LSU.  Tx is just the opposite, of the 34 draftees, most played CFB OOS.  We feed a lot of programs

even with all their shortcomings UT still battled LSU last year.  One of LSU toughest games

That's because they were Great and Draftable.

You just refuse to see and acknowledge the point.

No different than the Big Hats in Austin and etc... just don't see it and it's right there to see.

How many times do I have to say UT has coaching/program issues? Damn, I even listed what they were.

If Gary Patterson were at Texas he'd have a few national titles, he knows how to get the best from his players and they aren't 4/5 star kids. A matter of fact his two 1st rounders were 3 *** kids coming out of HS.

The silly thing is you come on her every year and rip on UT and their story is no different from the many colleges that are "has beens" or "never beens"

So you’re saying Louisiana and other states just have football players while texas has actual people there?!?

I give texas credit for being a great HS sports state. A lot of that is sheer numbers. You’d have to be an idiot to think Otherwise. I just don’t get how their CFB programs are meh for long stretches with all of the in state talent they possess.

And texas didn’t win in 15, Son. It was 05.

When you finally realize it's been 15 years you've been doing it like other "horns" maybe you will see the light.

Try another and another and another.

I can't be sure at this point. Honestly.

Next year Alabama will have 2 Louisiana kids drafted in the first round. Mark it down.

Nick Saban ain't too proud.....and I'm not too upset about it. Would have loved to have them both. Didn't work out.

Sure ain't' going to bitch about it.

Clemson has a Louisiana kid at running back who will be drafted in the first round next year. That's three first rounders right there.

LSU will have 2 Louisiana kids drafted in the first round next year would have been sweet to have five....roll with what we got.

How many times are you going to repeat this, it's coaching and overall program?.  Your memory is very short too, Gary Patterson had some very good teams and so did briles when he was at Baylor just a few years back..

let me help you on numbers.  All talent is tiered, it's not an average game.  The best rise to the top, so if Texas reduced their participation numbers, theoretically,  the best players in the state would still remain in the programs, affecting the overall quality minimally.

I'm not your son either, get a handle on that.

😂

Sad that as a texas guy you tout “very good teams” When your talent is up there with anybody.

Question. Who’s fault is it that your coaches suck?

Get a handle on that, internet tough guy. If you’re so unstable that being jokingly called son bothers you this probably isn’t a good spot for you.......

If you knew anything about Baylor and TCU during those years you'd know they didn't have talent up there with anyone.  They develop the talent they had.  UofH too a few years ago was another solid program for the athletes they recruited.

Why do you ask silly questions Larry, is it b/c we are talking about TX colleges? Its the schools fault for hiring, like it is anywhere.
