The story was, he left his position as DC at STA to take the same position at USAA. It seems fairly obvious (though still completely unannounced to the public) that USAA was a work of fiction and will never exist. So, what was, and what is, the deal with Riley? With the USA Academy guy doing yard work now, not guessing there is a lot to go after in the way of law suits and stuff.
