Blueliner
Talked to a girlfriend of mine that does real estate in SF. She said that the inventory for homes in SF are up 150% from this time last year. Home prices falling like a rock. First time in a decade that home prices in SF are stable or falling. Trust me....I grew up right outside of SF and worked in the Bay Area my whole career....SF SUCKS ASS now. It's a damn shame. Such a once beautiful city.

I love idiots who use anecdotal evidence from people who are apparently really bad at their job. https://www.sfgate.com/living-in-sf/article/2020-San-Francisco-exodus-is-real-and-historic-15484785.php Online real estate company Zillow released new statistics shining a stark light on the issue this week. Their "2020 Urban-Suburban Market Report" reveals that inventory has risen a whopping 96% year-on-year, as empty homes in the city flood the market like nowhere else in America. But why try to find facts when lies are better for you narrative? 1

Every single claim of "mass exoduses" in cities and states are factually untrue. And they're all perpetuated by same people. California, another place where these claims are made, has grown by 6% since the last census. The fact that you have to lie to try to make political points should prove something about the weakness of your position.

The unintentional comedy of these clowns claiming that what happens in cities/states is directly tied what party the elected officials belong to is too much. The fact that Republicans run practically all of the poorest, least educated and most impoverished states in this country must be lost on them.
Atticus Finch
Also notice that @Bormio, aka Dr. Quack, didn't provide a single link to support anything that he said. Maybe because they're complete lies. It took me all of 5 seconds to prove one of his direct claims to be untrue. He might be dumber on this stuff than he was on COVID-19 and, boy, he was dumb on COVID-19.

Its been documented The population of New York State hasn't decreased since the 1970s. The New York Post article that one of the clowns linked talked about 1,000 people leaving NYC since Covid-19 started. So in 5 months, 1,000 people have left a city of 8.5 million. This is called an exodus.
