Meanwhile, in LA County *FULLY VACCINATED* people are being disciplined! We’ve seen this movie before. Lockdowns are returning to LA County any day now. Will the people put up with it? The fear stems from the fact that the answers to those questions are totally unclear. Or they really are matters left in the hands of whoever gets to declare a State of Emergency. I’m especially sensitive to all of this because I’ve lived in California for the entire pandemic, and was in Los Angeles County for the first eight months of it.
