St. Thomas Aquinas wins. Hopefully those Cali boys are able to deal with that humidity.

And if I'm Aquinas, I'm gonna make Re-al Mitchell beat me throwing the ball instead of running it.

You know football guy, I've been around a long time and have seen it all.  I've watched film on those guys and my take away is that those Florida offenses are just not sophisticated.  A lot of 1 and 2 man routes, sub average QB play with no check down ability.   STA gets away with playing man to man because they have the better athletes.  Coach Negro is a good friend of mine, and he will not be shy about putting the ball in the air 20+ times.

I guarantee that the STA defense trying to play man to man in week 1 will have guys out of position, and this leaves the potential for big plays.  Negro will sit his D in a big Zone and make STA try to go 80 years in 11 plays, which is difficult for HS kids to execute,  especially in week 1

Gotta run but it's been good talking to you guys

On paper, this should be the most competitive OOS game of the 2018 season. STA is 6-3 in OOS games since 2010:

Wins: Skyline, Camden County, Prattville, DLS, JCC, Bingham

Losses: DBP x2, BG

Playing a super elite like BG last season was the best preparation for a game of this magnitude. Plus the game is home. I say STA 28-21 giving them their best OOS win ever.

I'd take SJB neutral field, but I tend to agree with this

STA certainly too talented to be an 11-point home dog before they've played a game, and I just have a feel that this could be an ambush
