Sports Illustrated wants to build a $410M mega resort on the Mississippi Coast, one of first in the US.

Has nothing to do with sports other that it being Sports Illustrated, but this will be huge for the Mississippi Coast and NOLA.......

This thing is suppose to be killer.....Sports Illustrated is also opening up a resort in Orlando, FL in 2024 to my understanding.

3. Gulf Shores Orange Beach

I have to been all. I spend several weeks a year in the Destin area.

The Mississippi coast is like going to a lake most 50% is not true Gulf front because of several islands which shield the coast true coast line. Get out of your county more than once every 10 years.

Even Jimmy Buffett built a 100 million dollar resort in Biloxi, MS Jimmy's worth a billion and he's not stupid.

A 400 million dollar mega-resort is going to be awesome for the area.

A lot of room for growth in Biloxi....

They are suppose to have a "Blue Lagoon" almost 11 acres big.

That's almost 10 football fields side-by-side..
