I haven't made a ranking since the Preseason because I needed to see the teams play a few games... and a few Texas teams still havent played so its a guessing game still with them.

The 1st few games or 2 wont mean much after Week 7 or 8.. when teams really start gelling and maxing their potential... but here's where I am so far.

It's a bit different than most others... keep an open mind and check it out.

Good list overall but a few things i would have different 

 

 

I probably would have Brentwood Academy a bit higher and surprised you have armwood ranked over them

 

I also think Osceola might be best team in 8A at this stage and would give them a 7-10 point edge over armwood and Carol City would beat armwood but outside of that solid list

 

 

Also keep eye on cardinal gibbons as they will be a tough challenge in district and could upset AHP later in the year, they have the talent to do so

I'll do a top 100 after next week, would do one for this week but hurricane messed up Florida's week 3 and i want a extra week to better evaluate some Florida teams both for my Florida top 100 and national top 100

As good a list as any. I would probably switch Santa Margarita and JSerra. 

Im with you on not putting a ranking out until 2 or 3 weeks into the season. Preseason polls are just a guessing game.

As far as California is concerned I would put DLS ahead of Chaminade. The Trinity I would have it JSerra,SM then OLU.Like the effort though

Warren Easton plays your #32 Edna Karr and #35 John  Curtis........and play a very talented NO QB at the moment Landry-Walker team this Friday. 

They put the schedule together thinking this was their year and so far they have been more than impressive......You want a "fun" team to watch? It's your team.

Warren Easton makes the 50 yd TD pass look easy. Their QB can probably throw a football 100 yds or so., runs a legit 4.59

Lowndes would put a running clock on 50 percent of the teams you have ranked above them. Colquitt should be somewhere in the 74-78 range.  MAYBE.

MV was up on VM 20-0 at the half. I watched 3 quarters of that one. Colquitt was 16-0 at the half. But Colquitt had a penalty that called back a TD and MV had one that gave them a TD.

Keep on thinking that matters.

And...

Colquitt was up 23-0 on MV in the late 3rd... VM never threated the EZ and only scored only a fumble recovered in CQs EZ

IMG & Grayson was 10-7 in the late 3rd...and Grayson fumbled inside IMGs 8, and again inside their 25... they were actually threatening the EZ.

 

Im waiting on one of the Californians to call you out about your lie that it was 41-0 at the half.

Although I value your opinion...

I personally would take Chammy straight up.

DLS is the team that was getting pummeled by St. Johns 21-7 and shouldve been 28-7. Them coming back was less a reflection on them than you things... other factors came into play.

I still have DLS 22...

Trinity League to ME personally... SM, OLu, JSerra... but they are all pretty close, any one of them beating the other wouldnt surprise.

it was 20-0 at the half... and wasnt even 27-0 til 5 mins left in the 3rd....
