They slap some dumb name like Evil ooze or Ghost ooze on it and people think it’s something different than any other hot sauce. It’s not. I just made some verde salsa yesterday. Went mild just Poblano’s, Anaheims and jalapeños. I prefer serrano or thai heat range, but I dumb it down for the pussies in the house.
