He also ordered the full appeals court to consider a reported lawsuit that President Trump had filed against the trial judge, Arthur Engoron, on an expedited basis. President Trump’s lawyers had raised issue with Judge Engoron's refusal to grant a request for a three-week trial delay, which he said (pdf) was "completely without merit." It won’t be a magic solution if all states jack up min wage… shrink is some new craze/phase that needs to be extinguished (party politics bs aside). He noted that there is definitely enough cause for the Inquiry. That's where you subpoena people to testify and gather enough of that evidence needed for an article of impeachment.
