Almost as bad as the Rummel Raider did back in 2015.

danny deVito was 10/15 75 Yards 0 TD vs Rummel in 2015..... Rummel sacked DeVito 5 times

How this guy is playing NFL football is mystery!

Saints now tied for 1st...... Playing some great Defense. Haven't allowed a TD in 2 weeks.

The Saints could definitely win that division. It’s still technically wide open, although Atlanta’s loss puts them at least one game behind Tampa and New Orleans and they would need some help from other teams to get in. The New Year’s Eve game to settle the division in Tampa is going to be a war. And, assuming that Dallas is their WC opponent, with the way they played today, I couldn’t put it past them to win the football game and get to the Divisional Round at worst. I think New Orleans, similarly to Buffalo in the AFC, is just one of those teams that nobody wants to see should they make it into the postseason.

The Saints have a pretty good defense when healthy and all the pieces are there. One of the better defenses in the NFL.

The Saints offense can be hard on the eyes at times though. I'm not a big Derek Carr fan. If Jayden Daniels is still around don't be surprised if the Saints draft him. It's been forever since the Saints have drafted a QB in the first round.

And the Buffalo Bills do seem to be rolling at the right time....

Rummel basketball is coming to the DMV for a holiday tournament. They any good?

Rummel is mostly known for football and baseball.

The basketball team's competitive some years.

What tournament is Rummel playing in and who will they be playing?

Nationally ranked DeMatha came to New Orleans and won the Newman Invitational a couple weeks ago..... beating Newman in the hard-fought champ game. Newman of course is the home of the Manning's including Arch.

Is that the game where Rummel wasn't trying to win? And merely tried to lose with dignity?

We should have won that game. Tough losing a game 10-3.

Don Bosco was pretty good, but they weren't all that great. Don Bosco won state and ended up Top 25 in the nation.

That was a good Rummel team.

Uh, how should they have won when they weren't trying to win?

Well, we threw an INT in the end zone on a first and goal, had a TD catch overruled when even New Jersey people said it was a TD...... and stuff like that.

But the biggest problem was we threw the ball to Ja'Marr Chase maybe twice all night. He caught both of them for like 50 yards or whatever that was. We should have thrown the ball to him 20 times.

The highlights.

Tough, sloppy, defensive game.

Newman has 4 big-time prospects.

6-10 4* Center Chris Cenac had 27 points and a bunch of blocks vs DeMatha.

They're playing at Lake Braddock in Northern Virginia. Just an ordinary tournament with ordinary teams, sometimes you get random teams from other parts of the country that decide they want to do a DC trip. Rummel plays St. Mary's-Ryken in the first round...Ryken is one of the weaker teams in the WCAC but still good by normal standards.

Thanks..... never really heard of any those schools.

Maybe Rummel can win a game or two and be competitive.

@MA Fan

The Rummel Raiders beat WCAC St Mary's-Ryken 59-50. Game just ended. Was a tight game with Rummel having a huge 3rd quarter.

Rummel improves to 13-6 on the year.

Yeah they play Flint Hill tomorrow, whoever wins that one should win the tournament.

Rummel went 2-1 in the tournament. Competed pretty well. Got a nice trip out of the deal.

Rumor has it Rummel and St Mary's-Ryken are working on a home and home football series. That would be cool if that were to happen. Nothing confirmed as of yet.

Anyways, the Rummel basketball team.
