Special Counsel Robert Hur's report said that they had no case a good case, but not good enough to overcome the sympathetic image that Biden would project, as a feeble old man with a "very poor memory," who "willfully retained" the classified documents, not to mention that it's impossible to convict a Demonrat in Demonrat country.

Your sources are failing you, as they try to ignore the whole thing, because they know it's devastating to Biden. Biden is toast! I have mixed emotions about that, for fear they might now nominate someone who might actually have a chance to win, (God forbid).

No one should be tempted to feel sorry for Joe Biden because he's [an] elderly man with poor memory who:

-Disgraced us in Afghanistan

-Allowed an invasion of 10 million+ illegals

-Brought us 10% inflation that impoverished the working class

-Vilified half the country as domestic extremists

-Weaponized the justice system to imprison political dissidents and indict his top rival

-Sold US foreign policy for profit

-Endangered the US Dollar's global dominance

-Spent $160 billion on an avoidable war in Ukraine that's killed hundreds of thousands

-Insisted on running for and remaining president when everyone could see he was physically not up to the task

Joe Biden is not a well-intentioned grandpa. He is a malicious, corrupt disaster who will be remembered as one of the worst presidents in American history.

What a travesty and major national security issue…like those classified documents in his grandpa, like garage next to a broken lamp with duct tape, and the top opened lol

But him having some classified documents is not disputed. And has nothing to do with his supposed "serious" memory issues.

One of Trump's toadies, and Trump himself, have had memory gaffes just recently. In the toadies case it was yesterday.

Hur literally said that he had "a shortage of evidence" of the more serious of the two instances: the Afghanistan surge documents.

And the president noted that Hur on page 215 of the same report wrote that “while it is natural to assume that Mr. Biden put the Afghanistan documents in the box on purpose and that he knew they were there, there is in fact a shortage of evidence on these points.”

He at no point said that he had a good case. That is a complete fabrication on your part. His rampant speculation on the "impressions" Biden left and what a jury might think of Biden is highly irresponsible and one of the most obvious cases of editorializing that I've ever seen.

Again, to Republicans not being charged after an investigation is worse than being convicted of a crime.

There's no more proof that they don't care about rule of law than their own words/actions.

He's toast! You'll see what this does to his chances, when more and more voters get wind of this.

The death grip of wishful thinking.

Trump will likely be a convicted felon by November.

But I'm sure people will remember Biden *not* being charged as more serious than that.

I'm reminded of this oldie but goldie excuse from Slotback Right.

But wasn't Marion Barry the *sitting* mayor of DC when he was convicted of cocaine possession?

The real reason that Democrats are being convicted less than Republicans right now is that, currently, there is more criminality among Republicans.

Simple enough.

Yes he was! More than three decades ago. You had to go pretty far back for that one Probably the most recent exception to the rule. And guess what...The idiots actually reelected him.

How long do @GoBigBlack and I need to wait for your reply on the far right shooting down the immigration bill before knowing what was in it… and for one reason only.

They knew what was in it….it was to save face ( hey everyone we’re fixing the border…ah hem during an election year) as long as a few billion is it to protect other countries borders. Cap illegals pouring in to 5000…so the mules and cartels will keep it under that number…problem solved right?
meanwhile putting more patrol at the border is hiring people to process the illegals, not keep them out.

so the plan backfired.
