But them Boys would still be battling if they were in TX 6A. And the road to Jerry's World is a helluva lot tougher than What they are DLS face. Mater Dei is great but to assume they would run thru Texas is a bit much. And I am a huge fan. I have watched Allen all year they might lose in Texas because the Grind is tough over 6 weeks. But there is not a HS team in the Nation that would run over them. I watch them every year and I will say without a doubt this is the most complete team they have had including with the Wizard Murray @ QB. That defense is big and those CB's will light your ass up. That is all. Hoping for Katy vs. Allen the Dub vs. GHA. Tradition vs. Grandiose. Texas would be excited and the numbers in the Death Star will be crazy and the Redskin and I will contribute. Atchley and Wakefield have done well in terms of keeping the defenses somewhat honest. LT will need to set up the run through the pass in those match-ups. If they can run the ball, good luck covering Wilson. He is the best WR in the state and has already received an offer to play in the Under Armour All-America game. The keys for the LT offense to be successful against NS or Katy: 1. Pass protection and OL play overall 2. Having an alive and well run game (4 YPC or better) 3. Baldwin being on his A-game (which he usually is, so this is the least of my concerns) 4. Getting other receivers involved in the passing game outside of Card and Wilson. IF they do these four things, I believe they will be just fine for the rest of the playoffs. If this point is reached, it will come down to the defense. It's not Aledo and everyone else this year. Manvel, Angleton in these parts and close to where I grew up you have a Lubbock team doing well. That almost never happens. Lubbock Coronado.
