CardinalTruth
The narrative by quite a few here crying he is Putin’s bitch. I’m surprised hsfb fan didn’t share a link already. I’d like to see some legit thoughts, especially from the ones that kept drumming this tune. Do you say kudos and finally for addressing Russia and Putin? Or do you walk backwards while crying he was forced to now with what happened in Syria. Does it worry you with what the president ordered last time there was a chemical attack on citizens in Syria. You know trump is trigger happy, what do you think his next move is after blasting Putin and Russia, Iran on Twitter. Has he finally confronted Russia to your likening? What if he oks to hit targets in Syria where Russian troops still exist. Will you say awesome? About time? Or twist again and scream oh god he started ww3..

Such a shame How are you sir? I am no sheep but here is my input since I just did a little research on this. If they gassed those people that is an atrocity and we should not go at this alone the United Nations need to convene. We must use caution and not be impulsive because it could become nasty with the worlds Nuclear powers. Israel scares me more than the Soviets in this situation with their actions. He calls out a lot of people on a lot of things. I am not excited by his tweets and rhetoric. His actions are to be judged as they proceed IMHO. 2nd the Russians just said this. I think the fear of this escalating might be the actions of Israel as the Syrians are accusing the U.S. of an attack on A Russian Air base and the U.S. is denying but Israel is being silent. This can go from Zero-Shitty in a heart beat. Russia is warning the U.S. against any “military intervention” in Syria over the government's alleged chemical attack against civilians this weekend, saying any such response would be “unacceptable” and lead to the “most serious consequences”. “It is necessary to warn again that military intervention under invented and fabricated pretexts in Syria, where at the request of the lawful government there are Russian military personnel, is absolutely unacceptable and can lead to the most serious consequences,” the statement reads. “The aim of these false speculations, that have no basis, is to shield the terrorists and the irreconcilable radical opposition, who reject a political solution, at the same time while trying to justify possible armed strikes from outside.”

Because I missed it if he did. 1

HawgGoneIt
For some reason I see this a lot like the old days of rasslin', when you could see the two wrestlers locked in an arm lock and one leans in and tells the other what he is about to do so that the other can jump a little to help or stomp his foot to make the slap seem harder etc. After the "fight" they both go get in the same vehicle and ride to the diner together where they have scones and tea while yucking it up about how the "crowd" gobbled up the show, ahem, I mean, match. 2

Such a shame You start a thread late on a Sunday night, and with no response after the first couple hours even later on a Sunday night you follow it up with this? It's apparent that for the 2 hours between your initial post and the followup, you were excitedly staring at your computer waiting for people to respond to such an earth-shattering bit of news. Impatient and dejected, you broke down and were the 2nd poster in your thread as well. Happy Monday morning!

No, he has not "finally" (your word!) confronted Putin at all. He issued one of his lame, self gratifying tweets. He has done zippo. You are grabbing at straws. ---------------------------------------- Get back to me when he takes out Syria's COMPLETE air force. Not put some holes in a runway that is fixed in a matter of hours like last time he played tough guy.

It prevents lies from being labeled as lies. So if you are the biggest liar to ever walk the planet, you get no blow back. This is silly. You know this. You know it's very bad for the nation. You simply are willing to "endure" this and other problems Trump is causing. The debate should be, why do you accept these things (you think the flat market is good, you think the deficit explosion under him is good, you think a trade war launched from anger without consultation is good, whatever) not justifying the unjustifiable. I read something interesting the other day. JFK had said how he had no time as President to watch TV with the demands of the job, things like reading intelligence reports. It seems such a contrast from a President who has no time to read intelligence reports because of the demands of watching TV.
