Georgia Scrimmage scores.

Recommended Posts

Looks like it's gonna be one of those years in Georgia.

Anyone's guess as to who will break out and make the run at the end if these scrimmages mean anything at all.

Wouldn't have expected Grayson over Hillgrove that big... gonna need to see the box score to realize when the points were scored for one thing. Nothing else really surprising on the night really... What was the final between the Demons and Archer? anyone have that final? Save a brother from searching for it if you have the goods please!

28-10 Warner Robins. My boys won the varsity portion 14-10 before the young guys got in. I tell you what: for us to be a 5A squad, we damn sure have a lot of depth. Both defenses looked really good.

Surprised Marietta spanked Tucker like that. The surprise is Tucker being spanked like that. 45-7 at last report in the 4th and Tucker scored late so what does this say for their starters?

Valdosta put up 70 plus. I think on Glynn.

To me this says probably a couple of things if we really want to read the tea leaves from scrimmages that I didn't watch first hand...

1) Valdosta and Marietta are both high octane offenses as expected. They are probably who we think they are this year, and they did not mind tipping their hands as to what their offenses are gonna do. Maybe a "You see us, we dare you to stop us" type thing. Good luck to them with that mindset.

2)Tucker could be down from what we have known from them in the last decade. Glynn hasn't really been a team I keep much of an eye on as a contender so, a number of top teams in the state may be able to rock on them like that if they really want.

Idk though as I didn't see the games and get a feel for what was going on.
