Johnny Johnson III (vs Auburn: 7 REC 98 yds) Jaylon Redd (vs Auburn: 9 REC 64 yds) Jacob Breeland (vs Auburn: 4 REC 26 yds) https://goducks.com/cumestats.aspx?path=football&year=2018#individual Making it sound like Oregon had no WRs at all vs Auburn is pretty weak. Auburn had a true freshman QB starting his first college game EVER. I said Oregon didn't have 2/3 projected starters against Auburn, which is 100% true. Johnny Johnson lll, Colin Schooler, & Juwan Johnson were the expected WR starters since camp. & Pittman is significantly better than Redd. Breeland is a TE. https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/auburn-football/oregon-to-be-without-starting-receiver-for-week-1-game-vs-auburn/ https://wholeflockofducks.com/index.php/2019/08/19/oregon-wr-corp-dealt-devastating-blow-with-injury-to-mycah-pittman/ https://247sports.com/college/oregon/Article/Oregon-Ducks-Football-134994908/ (he ended up not playing)

Herbert has exposed his weaknesses this year. I think he falls in the draft

In the end of the day Auburn scored more points & that's all that matters. Credit to Auburn. But Oregon's WR injuries are just as relevant as Tua's injury. That's my point.

The acc is pretty much dog shit this year to no fault of clemson but imo we have no idea how good clemson is playing since the TAMU game. We do know TL has thrown more INTs this year than last That and the eye test. I believe that was used for Alabama even tho they haven't played anybody. This is basically the same team from last year minus 5 guys. When the time comes, they'll prove why they're still the best team.

Clemson has slept walked thru what will be 3 months of play. Since alabama gets little to no credit for beating TAMU neither does clemson

Overall though, in the 2000s Pac 12 is 16-20 against SEC. Not terrible. I can't remember a single good SEC team actually traveling to a Pac 12 stadium though. Pete Carroll's USC teams used to play anyone, anywhere, at anytime. No way in hell Nick Saban ever goes west of Cowboy's stadium.

A&M was the best opponent on their schedule, and they passed that test. Bama lost to the best team they played, but I do agree that they got little to no credit for the A&M win, so that's fine if clemson doesn't get credit for it. I think the biggest thing against bama is their non-conference scheduling.
RedZone
Auburn was without their big time playmaker WR/Slot Anthony Schwartz vs Oregon.....cat runs a 10.16 100 meters. I'm done with the excuses.....and, listening to them.

RedZone
Hard-hitting LB Michael Divinity is back at LSU after missing the Alabama and Ole Miss game due to serious personal matters. Great news for that LSU defense. Divinity is a 2nd or 3rd Rd draft pick.....
ATLien12x
DAMN! The committee thinks Mac Jones would beat Utah, too. (He ain’t wrong)
