McCain over Bush, Clinton over Obama. Biden and Warren have the stench of death. Mayor Pete is a surrogate for Bloomberg. Sanders likely has a ceiling. If Buttigieg wins NH, it is going to get crazy. Biden will likely be done, Warren is out of money.
