It's incredible how slapdash it all was.

Winning National Championships takes work.....O did the work

Was that your point?

Your summary is a bit twisted, but the point is to be successful you do what you have to do...if it doesn't work, you get fired.

Coach O got a huge Raise!

And hiring the right assistants in one season can be luck too.

Every indication is that was the case.

It is nothing more than your opinion and worth about what we paid for it.

It's inconvenient for your bullshit, but Orgeron's assistant coaches, the choice of an offense to use, of a defense, of what players to bring in, how he motivates etc are all conscious choices made by Ed Orgeron himself.

There is a reason Ed Orgeron makes millions coaching LSU, is able to successfully recruit top talent and have success.  Just like there is a reason why you wallow in a low-paying bureaucratic embarrassment of a job.

You put yourself on display as a complete clown and imbecile yelling "fluke" and "lucky" at a man who was able to put together 15 wins in a row and win a natty coming out of the toughest division in the toughest conference in the land and then land 5 kids he brought into the program in the 1st round of the NFL draft and another in the 2nd, and then have several other potential high rounders for the next draft .  🤡

This is hilarious to watch.

To my understanding he was better than the other guy at Michigan......which is how great coaches are measured to some.

Insane.

When you're a Michigan fan, member, booster, family. Only ONE thing... ONE matters. Beating Ohio State. I don't care what your record is, if you don't beat Ohio State you wont last long. Then you through in how terrible Michigan has looked. The recruiting, development this is all on Jim. Horrible.

The only thing Jim has done is taken one of the most sought after coaching jobs in America to blah.

Keep in mind this is the same rock who said Marc Richt was a great hire at Miami.

Another objective truth.

In fact Orgeron failed miserably in the beginning.

He made Ensminger the OC during his interim year but then demoted him and hired Matt Canada in 2017. Then he fired Canada after one year and made Ensminger the OC again in 2018. Then he credited a 30-year-old grad assistant for the offense in 2019.

It's incredible how slapdash it all was.

Which just proves that sometimes things just work out regardless of how obviously incompetent the leader is.

🤣 😂 😂

The incompetent guy who is 43-13 at LSU with a natty, a first place in the toughest division in the FBS and 2 second place finishes and more bowl wins than Harbaugh to boot is incompetent, but worse record and no titles Harbaugh who struggles in 3OT to beat Rutgers is great.

🤡

Jimmy the Great is 6-12 against OSU, Penn St and Sparty.

He's great.

Ask Andy.

Growing up I was a huge Michigan fan. We owned the little brothers so that game didn't mean much. Penn State wasn't in the Big Ten then so again other then being UM vs Penn State didn't mean much. Ohio Friggin State the only game that mattered.

Look how much has changed under Jim.

Ohio State is no longer a rivalry

Little brother is now big brother

Penn State's only win this year was against Michigan.

Yep great job Jim.

Ill bet there isn't one Michigan fan in this forum who wants to keep Jim.

Ill bet EVERY Ohio State fans wants Michigan to keep Jim.

Your understanding is terrible as usual.

He's won at 4 different places, in FCS, FBS and the NFL.

Ed Orgeron has won in one single season in his entire life as a head coach.

To not understand the difference is to be a goofball.

He won in a couple of seasons in the Pioneer something or other whatever with players who would probably have been brought in by the previous guy.

We won a single bowl game and no titles at Stanford and can be credited with recruiting (and riding the arm of) Andrew Luck.

He was very successful in the NFL.

He has been better than the crap that preceded him at Michigan and not advanced the program at all since his after his first season.

He did the work before that and failed miserably.

He go lucky once.

He is failing miserably since.

You can keep thinking that 2019 was a result of his great instincts but it's incredibly likely that it was just dumb luck.

I actually really do NOT care....you take the titles/glory when you can get them these days and be proud about it as a fan.

Any ideas when Michigan might get lucky?
