Nolebull813
Why is Grayson wanting to take freshman, sophomores, and kids who haven't taken a snap all year? Just take the lettermen. Does Grayson participate in 7on7? If so why do they do that? That is a lot of exclusion for the rest of the team I wonder if they take 140 kids with them there
NJFOOTBALL1984
It's a big chunk of money, regardless. BC's Mater Dei trip will be a nice bill.

NJFOOTBALL1984
It's kind of like a vacation also for everyone. You enjoy the game, check out the area, eat food, visit places, meet people, etc.

NJFOOTBALL1984
More teams should make the trip up here, IMO. So many great sights to see. The WTC Memorial is worth the trip alone.

Rufus69
Colquitt has about 103 players that are on our Varsity. Any given game 55 or so will play. Some games..more. Of the 103...about 45 or so...play JV. (pretty much each week) but never exceeding the quarters allowed by the GHSA. So yeah, if a young man is part of the Varsity...he makes the trip. Damn they better hope they win or that bus ride home will be even worse. Depending on where in the state you go for playoff games, you can easily drive 4 -6 hours. While not the size of Texas or Alaska, GA is a large state, larger than most realize. I'm sure Florida could have similar issues depending on how their playoffs are set up. I'm not familiar with their playoffs so I can't say but it is a long way from Miami to Tallahassee or Jacksonville.
