There are recordings of Trump committing the alleged crimes in Georgia. There is correspondence that proves Trump purposefully kept classified documents after claiming that everything had been turned over. There is video evidence of Trump's supporters attempting to stop the electoral count. The problem with your pretzel is all the above to a degree is spin of what took place. Also, what was done has constitutional merit and has done before without issue.
