Richardson was absolutely awful.  Guy went down if the wind blew too strong.  No vision, bad lateral quickness, etc.  McCaffery, Fournette, and Cook are all exponentially better IMO.

i guess thats what happens when your used to running people over for every level up until the NFL

Good point.  He probably didn't need to develop all of his skills because of it

same thing happening now with QBs. with the HS and college scheme they let them get away with pulling down the ball and running up the field. and then we sit there and saw they have no field vision. well they never had to develop it because they knew they could simply pull the ball down after the 1st read

As we all know college and pro ball are very different. In the pros everyone is fast. Also in the pros you have to have a very good oline in front of you as a rb. As for qb's they can run all they want in college, run all these spead options and score like a pinball machine, but you have to be able to sit in the pocket and throw lasers in the NFL. The windows to throw into are so tight and you better get rid of the ball in a hurry.

exactly but those abilities are not being developed for many and so when they go to the nfl they are really behind the 8 ball

ill have to disagree but we shall see. completely depends on his line play and if bortles doesnt get better nobody will be afraid of the pass so theyll key in on fournette

Yeah, time will tell. I have a suspicion that he is going to have a hard time adjusting to the NFL. JMHO.
